Online therapy from the comfort of your own home...
Start the session getting comfortable, addressing areas you would like to cover in the next 45 minuets. A safe space will be held for you to openly discuss. followed by a short reflective practice before drawing the session to a close.
Introductory session where we will get to know each other, make sure we feel comfortable in each other's presence. discuss briefly areas you would like some help with.

60 mins- In our beautiful workshop, you will be guided into a relaxed and meditative state, let your worries wash away, and your thoughts organise them selves while you take a moment to unwind from daily struggles.
60 mins- Use our beautify and tranquil space to take a step out of day to day stresses and guide yourself, or a small group through a silent meditation.
When it comes to health it isn't just walk a bit more and eat a carrot. We need to take in to consideration every aspect of your life, mental health, physical health, the mental load, and the general stresses of day to day life, with our holistic package we take into consideration all aspects of your life and put a package together tailored to your own specific needs.
Add on aroma therapy to your session, pick from a variety of scents of let us guide you with our recommendations.
45 mins- The space will be held for an hour to allow for comfort needs.
A rage of somatic movements with gentle yoga on a 1-1 basis
Working through different movements to release trauma and stress from the physical body.
